I would like to recognize our customers’ concern over Toyota’s recent pedal recall. We here at Lorensen Toyota are every bit as concerned with the safety and well being of you and your family as we are with our own. Please know that this current news, however troubling, will be handled with the swiftness, precision and care that you have become accustomed to as a Toyota owner. We will do everything in our power to continue the trusting relationship we have earned with our customers.
As of today, we have received the necessary parts needed and the extensive training that our Toyota expert technicians will require to fulfill this task. Toyota Motors has stated that they will begin to notify customers within 7 – 10 days. However, you can feel free to contact Lorensen Toyota at your convenience so that we may complete the repair. We will be extending our hours to accommodate almost any special situation that you may have.
I would like to promise that we will do everything in our power to ensure that this recall is handled to the best of our ability, while showing each customer the honor and respect you deserve.
I also promise our staff will be trained and focused on making this experience as convenient and easy as possible. We will be by your side all the way through this process.
